Eight men have been arrested and charged with performing lewd acts at a Cocoa, FL adult store. The incident took place at the Surfs Up Adult Outlet in Cocoa Beach during an ongoing undercover investigation of the store by police.
Charles Norwood, 75, of Rockledge, Charles Radford, 69, of Barefoot Bay, Lawrence Scott, 55, of Delaware, Hugh Pugh, 51, of Edgewater, William Ford, 47, of Palm Bay, and John Datz, 48, of Cape Canaveral, were all charged with exposure of sexual organs.
Jerry Putteet, 54, of Mims was charged with exposure of sexual organs and lascivious act. Timothy Tidmore, 51, of Cocoa was charged with exposure of sexual organs, lascivious act, escape, resisting arrest with violence and battery on a law enforcement officer.
According to a Bervard County Sheriff’s Office report, all eight men exposed their genitalia and two performed sexual acts.
The Bervard County Sheriff Department helped conduct the investigation of the shop after the Cocoa Beach Police Department requested assistance following previous complaints of lewd acts and behavior at the Adult Store.
Three other men were arrested at the store on July 30. One was charged with exposure of sexual organs and the other two men were charged with the exposure of sexual organs and preforming a lascivious act.
